LOGIN OR SITE ISSUES TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. DON'T USE YOUR "E-MAIL ADDRESS" TO LOG IN! The USERNAME (!!!) is required with the password
  2. Make sure to log in via the link "https://members.enex.news" and NOT via the initial activation link or the old portal
  3. Did you try on another browser? If the credentials work, you face a local "cached login credentials" issue. (Browser auto-complete replacing the new credentials with previous credentials! More likely with shared accounts and after resets)
  4. The credentials check is "case sensitive". Make sure, you enter the codes "exactly" as you created. 
  5. Check your SPAM / JUNK folder if you didn't receive automatic notifications after sending your registration or password reset form.
  6. INTERNET EXPLORER is officially a "dead" browser and not supported any more as it doesn't handle modern technologies
